XL-C30 is highly suitable for joining on all malleable types of cast iron. The electrode has excellent welding properties and produces smooth seams without transverse under cuts. In spite of the high elongation, the weld deposit is crack resistant. Weldment is also having excellent machining properties
High alloy Steel
XL-SPL KL is an economical multi-purpose electrode for joining unknown and de-similar steel combinations. The deposits are highly crack resistant due to duplex structure. The product has good weldability.
Die Fill Products
DF-5050 has been developed specially for the forging industries. It is utilized for partial repair and for finishing dies and component surfaces, to eliminate low spots, and undercuts where flood welding has been performed.
